Khalil has practiced his profession experience as a legal counsel in Egypt, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE and Oman.
Khalil is advising and handling litigation related to trademarks law, commercial and civil law, banking law, rental/tenancy law, business law, arbitration, labor law, land law and mortgage and criminal law. Also Practicing & drafting memorandum of lawsuits and litigation including without limitation, civil, rentals, commercial, labor, real state, rental issues, administrative and criminal, checks lawsuits and financial claims. And writing its defense memo, appeal, petition and cassation. Formulating, drafting, providing, advising and/or reviewing all contracts or agreements between the company, third parties and new joint ventures to ensure that the companies and the clients’ interests are fully protected and redress of grievance obtained.

Practiced an arbitration cases in the construction sector between a main contractor and subcontractor for amounts more the QAR 30,000,000 and OMR 3,500,000.
Disputes resolution, have issued arbitral awards in some of the disputes during my work as arbitrator at the Qatar International Arbitration Center, 2012.
Khalil is a member of the Federation of the Arab Lawyers in 2010, registered as an International Arbitrator in the International Center of Arbitration in Cairo, registered as an International Arbitrator in Qatar International Center of Arbitration in Doha in the same year and a founding member of the Arab Center for the International Arbitration of the same year.

Khalil a member of the Egyptian Bar Association (Bond in the scale of Cassaition Lawyers) in 2007.
Khalil received his Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Ain Shams University (Cairo, Egypt) in 1999 ,
having a certificate of legal drafting of contracts in English in the Arbitration Center of Ain Shams University
in 2005. holds a Masters in International Law from University of Cambridge (UK) in 2011
