Hamed Al Balushi is an Associate in Gulf for the Protection of Intellectual Property L.L.C. in corporate & commercial and litigation department and has been since January 2021.
Hamed has gained massive experience in a variety of corporate and commercial matters such as incorporating different types of companies in Oman. He has also worked on drafting constitutional documents including drafting and negotiating shareholder’s agreements, board resolutions, power of attorneys and preparing letters to Governmental bodies.
He has gained exceptional practical experience in dealing with various litigious matters related to criminal, labor, civil, commercial and administrative legal proceedings. He has strong communication skills and an ability to provide outstanding pleading before the judiciary.
Hamed’s practice languages are Arabic and English.
