Noor Al Habsi is an Associate in Al Alawi & Co.’s litigation department and has been with the firm since 2018, which she initially joined as a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group in 2017. Her practice encompasses all forms of commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Her broad-based commercial litigation experience is focused on general civil litigation, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, contract law, labor and employment law, administrative law, wills and estates, and family law.
As board member in the Omani Association for Intellectual Property, Noor is involved in the majority of intellectual property matters that the firm handles. She is also tasked with drafting memoranda and court submissions in various practice areas and is known for being meticulous in drafting and pleading before the Omani Courts.
Noor obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Sultan Qaboos University in 2017.
Noor’s practice languages are Arabic and English.
