IPRs are territorial, yet they can be international if the applicant chose to apply for the same in some designated countries through international channels.
- Name, address, nationality, nature of business, etc., of the applicant company.
- Power of Attorney notarized and legalized up to the Consulate of Oman or Apostille. (copy attached herewith)
- Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation of the applicant company, or an extract of its entry in the commercial register, along with a simple Arabic translation.
- Electronic copy of the trademark (if it is not a simple word mark).
- List of goods / services, indicating the International Class. The complete list can be found in this link https://business.gov.om/

Term of protection of a trademark is Ten years from the date of filing the application.
