Abdel Fattah Aly is a Legal Counsel at Gulf for the Protection of Intellectual Property L.L.C. he has 16 years of experience in Corporate and Litigation affairs, his experience entails the establishment of the companies in its different types, preparing the companies, ordinary and extraordinary general assembly meetings, and handling its related disputes if any. His experience includes, as well as, the pleading and handling many of difficult cases before the different courts such as a judicial international dispute with an amount of EUR 3,500,000 on behalf of a German bank, he has experience in the alternative dispute solutions; such as recovery cases, and he managed to settle many of disputes before the parties escalate it to the court. His knowledge extended to different types of law such as Labor, Civil, Commercial, Intellectual Property, Administrative law, Criminal law, and Tax law…etc. Mr. Aly provided many legal services for unique international companies and government entities, such as due diligence reports, legal opinions, responding to inquiries from the human resources and the internally legal departments of the companies, and legal proofreading. Mr. Aly’s experience contained Drafting Contracts in Arabic and English, such as management hotel agreements, selling hotel agreements, mortgage agreements, franchise agreements… etc. Furthermore, his experience includes arbitration disputes.
